MSO structure
RegenBio Care is a Management Services Organization that provides non-clinical administrative and technology services. Clinical care is delivered by licensed physicians of record. RegenBio Care does not practice medicine, diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice.
Eligibility
The patient portal is for adults 18+ who are under the care of a RegenBio Care network physician. The doctor portal is for licensed medical professionals in good standing with their state licensing board.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access another patient's records, share your sign-in credentials, scrape the portal, or upload malicious files. Misuse may result in termination of access and reporting to authorities.
No medical advice from the platform
The portal, including Dr. Sherlock, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical questions must be directed to your physician. In an emergency, call 911.
Liability
RegenBio Care's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Clinical liability rests with the licensed physician of record.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
