Our commitment
RegenBio Care and its physician network are committed to protecting your Protected Health Information (PHI) as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law.
Permitted uses
We use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations as defined by HIPAA. We do not sell PHI, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit authorization.
Vendors and BAAs
Every vendor with potential access to PHI operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement: cloud infrastructure (GCP), authentication and application data (Supabase), document storage (ShareFile via Citrix), and email (Google Workspace).
Your rights under HIPAA
You have the right to request a copy of your PHI, request amendments, request an accounting of disclosures, request additional restrictions on uses and disclosures, and file a complaint without retaliation. Direct requests to privacy@regenbiocare.com.
Breach notification
If a breach affecting your PHI occurs, we will notify you within the timelines required by law and offer remediation appropriate to the severity of the breach.
