RegenBio Care collects and stores personal and health information solely to support the care relationship between you and your licensed physician. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to members of your care team, and never sold.
What we collect
Identifiers (name, email, phone), demographic information, medical history and symptom information you provide, files you upload to your record, and metadata from your use of the portal.
How we use it
To deliver care, communicate with your physician, deliver appointment confirmations and reminders, support clinical research only when you explicitly consent, and meet regulatory and audit requirements.
Who can access it
Your assigned physician(s), the non-clinical RegenBio Care care team, and vendors operating under signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Administrative access is logged and auditable.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your information, request corrections, and request deletion subject to regulatory record-retention requirements. Contact privacy@regenbiocare.com.
Updates
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page and communicated through the portal.
